Before Tomal Hossain arrived and took over the a cappella scene of Amherst College, he lived a completely ordinary life in the city of Los Angeles, California. Bearing an uncanny resemblance to Bruno Mars, Tomal fit right in living with celebrities on the outskirts of Hollywood. It is even rumored that he used to go on biweekly lunch dates with George Clooney and Megan Fox. In order to provide for his extravagant LA lifestyle, Tomal worked many part-time jobs, such as lama breeder, cat behavior consultant, and stand-in bridesmaid. Some other passions of his include fire-juggling, yodeling, and glowing in the dark. And if he has ever run up to his crush, kissed her, and then immediately run away… he hasn’t done that. In Tomal’s own words, “Baby, I got ninety-nine problems, but a pitch ain’t one!!” Keep your eyes and, better yet, your ears open and you might just get lucky enough to be caressed by one of Tomal’s dangerously sweet serenades.
